Workforce Planning Analyst - 12 Month OpportunityCommonwealth Bank of Australia, Perth, Australia
We are looking for someone to join our resource planning team on a 12 month opportunity to work across our Bankwest customer delivery teams.

See yourself in the team: Resource Planning are a team of highly motivated individuals always looking to support and improve the ways we can meet customer demand via our many channels. The Resource Planning team forecast and schedule for multiple teams across Bankwest, as well as liaise with our finance team and HR around FTE requirements and training.

Do work that matters: As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will work with our key stakeholders to deliver resourcing requirements directly to the business unit and have a solid focus on the below tasks:
Schedule resources to support business KPI's, Service Levels and training targets.Provide key stakeholders with scheduling advice, impact assessments & performance planning packs.Manage the day-to-day scheduling of all colleagues and their activities such as annual, Rostered days off, training, meetings, 1-2-1s and development sessions in consultation with the business to maximise business performance.Create and maintain accurate employee records using specialist workforce planning tools.Complete strategic forecasting of workload, including trending & any impact factors.Analyse information and convert this information into a presentation which provides valuable insights.Follow, build & maintain standard operating procedures and escalate risks appropriately and take ownership until resolution is found.Work within a small team to deliver the ultimate experience to our stakeholders & customers.Know the key risks associated with your role, be able to identify them through root cause analysis. We're interested in hearing from people who have:Previous experience as a Workforce Planning Analyst (desirable).Highly developed negotiation and relationship-building skills with a sound written and verbal communication skillset (required).Ability to hold discussions with Senior Leaders around performance & planning.Exceptional eye for detail and high sense of accuracy (required).A background in reporting/data, specifically Tableau (desirable).
