Workforce Planning Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Location Victoria Job Code 1871 # of openings 1 We are seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to assist with Workforce Management of our call centre at Defence Health. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Perform and deliver all Workforce Planning activities to inform optimised resource allocation in achieving service targets, member experience outcomes and timely completion of all mandatory and business tasks.  Key activities include short & long-term forecasting and FTE budgets; work scheduling and rosters; real-time management and reporting and analysis. About You You're motivated to exceed expectations and conquer new challenges. You're driven to achieve excellence for those you work for – and those you work with. 
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Workforce management experience, particularly forecasting/modelling and real-time coordination. Proven ability to take a balanced data informed and people-led approach to resource planning and coordination. Proven ability to plan and manage for maximum efficiency and productivity across workforce and operational processes. Intermediate Excel skills especially around building business/resourcing models using pivot tables. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and coordinate resources. Ability to manage high volume transactions with a degree of complexity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
