Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.
WORKFORCE PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (This is a fulltime position, however a job share arrangement may be considered.)
To coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning & development programs, organisational development initiatives, support the recruitment processes of Council and the administration of Council's Job Evaluation System.
Qualifications The successful applicant will require a Certificate IV in Human Resources, or related field or demonstrated experience working in Human Resources and hold a current Australian driver licence.
Skills & Knowledge The successful applicant will require experience in coordinating multiple training events and provide learning assistance to staff studying. Also need to demonstrate accurate record keeping skills and effective organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.

Hours of work 35 hours per week
Salary and conditions Commencement hourly rate $42.3200 to $46.5542 (Grade 12) plus superannuation.
