Do work that matters: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Planning Administration Officer to join our team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate processing and validation of casual employee hours for payment.
The successful candidate will liaise with HR & IR for pay-related matters, manage governance of related documents, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours/week: Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm.
The role is based at South Eveleigh (Axle).
Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to: Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business support Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their time Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings Arrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where required Participate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions and tracking Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements Process financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvals Adhere to the Code of Conduct which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people We're interested in hearing from people who have: Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a workforce management or payroll environment Experience with JIRA and FRED systems is an advantage Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred If this role matches your experience and career goals, apply today!
