Do work that matters We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Planning Administrator to join our team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate processing and validation of casual employee hours for payment.
The successful candidate will liaise with HR & IR for pay-related matters, manage governance of related documents, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours/week: Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm.
The role is based at South Eveleigh (Axle).
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accurately process and validate casual employee hours for payment Validate and process out of span casual hours for payment Collaborate with HR and Industrial Relations (IR) teams on pay-related matters Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee payments Complete and manage JIRA tickets related to casual employee hours and payments Complete and manage tasks in the FRED system related to casual employee hours and payment Oversee the governance of documents related to casual employee hours and payments Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of casual employee hours and payments Assist with any pay-related remediation efforts and ensure accurate and timely resolution of pay issues Provide support for schedule governance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a workforce management or payroll environment Experience with JIRA and FRED systems is an advantage Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Attention to detail and accuracy in data management A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred If this sounds like you, apply now!
