We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to join the CGA team on a full-time basis.
THE POSITION Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets.
Support operations to make forecasted accurate and financially impacting decisions.
Actioning and day-to-day management of the Workforce Plan.
Forecast labour demand and supply.
Stakeholder management and provide interface between client, customers, and sites.
Develop and maintain effective business relationships.
