We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner Manager to join our energetic, fast-paced, and highly motivated team.

Perth based at our Rivervale office, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there's always something happening at Breight Group.
You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Oversee the allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles, and equipment for shutdown and project works.Maintain schedules, personnel rosters, and crew database.Manage a team of 5 workforce planners across our key clients.Manage estimates/quotes as per client requests.Track and report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Support ad hoc tasks as directed by the Senior Contract Coordinator.About You:
Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role or similar within the Mining and Resource industry.
Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and managing a team.Industry knowledge with an understanding of maintenance and shutdown works for FMG, Rio Tinto, and Roy Hill.Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Team player and capable of working autonomously.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Benefits of working with Breight Group: Opportunity to join an innovative and well-established company.Collaborative working culture.Mentoring and training opportunities.Great work/life balance.Health benefit discounts.About us:
