CQ Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service. The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and wellbeing, and engagement of our most important asset – "our people". The Workforce Division comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).
About the role: As a member of the Workforce Culture and Performance Unit, Workforce Division, you will coordinate the development, design and delivery of quality workforce planning activities, research, analysis and reporting that meet CQHHS and client needs.
About you: To be successful in this role you must have:
Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly desirable. Significant experience in project planning and management, with demonstrated ability to complete projects in an effective and timely manner. High level of computer literacy and experience in producing professional reports, statistics and other information in a variety of formats e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. High level of organisational skills. What we offer: Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $127,235 p.a. is comprised of:
