Location: Petersham (Sydney) or Charlestown (Newcastle)
About the Role: As our first ever Workforce Optimisation Manager, you will spearhead the Workforce team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and emergency staffing. Your mission? To implement best practice workforce optimisation solutions that prioritise efficiency and compliance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team: Manage the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring quality in recruitment, onboarding, and rostering management. Drive Innovation: Implement "best practice" workforce planning and optimisation to deliver commercial benefits and improve service levels. Subject Matter Expert: Be TASK's resident expert on the Children's Services Award, ensuring compliance at all times. Analyse Trends: Report on emerging staffing trends and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance productivity. Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver excellence in customer service and achieve KPIs. Reports to: Executive Manager – Regulatory Compliance
Direct Reports: Emergency Staffing Coordinator; Talent Acquisition Specialist
