Workforce Development Specialist

Work with an aligned team full of knowledge and passion, all heading in the same direction.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Transformation Lead to play a critical role in transforming several residential aged care homes, ensuring the workforce is prepared for the future.As the subject matter expert (SME) on workforce issues, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering workforce initiatives that support strategic goals and enable the organisation to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.What will your day look like?Collaborate with RAC Transformation Leads to identify and drive workforce initiatives aligned with transformation objectives.Partner with People Experience Centres of Excellence (COEs) in workforce planning, organisational development, learning, change, and communications to design and implement effective solutions.Lead the ideation, development of business cases, and execution of crucial workforce initiatives.Provide guidance and coaching to HR business partners and initiative owners.Ensure effective change management and communication plans are in place for all initiatives.Deliver regular project updates and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).Ideal experience:You have developed people strategies within a Centre of Excellence (COE) environment.Demonstrated success in shaping the workforce to meet increasing client demands and regulatory compliance obligations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, able to drive change in complex environments.Proven track record in managing multiple projects to successful delivery and implementation.Experience with workload management systems and KPI/goal tracking.Goals:6-Month Goal: Coordinate key workforce initiatives to pilot an "ideal workforce program" within a select number of RAC services.12-Month Goal: Complete the pilot program, incorporate lessons learned, and roll it out across all RAC services.About You:You are a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving transformation. You possess exceptional HR technical skills and proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
