Workforce Development Officer (Psychologist/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist)Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for a Workforce Development Officer (Psychologist / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist) to join their team. The successful candidate will plan, implement, and evaluate sustainable evidence-based therapies for addictions relating to workforce development and training, Addiction Services Therapy Capability Framework methodology, clinical education, governance, research and translation, inpatient and community service delivery and patient flow at the direction of the Community Director of Addiction Services.

About the Role To demonstrate improved outcomes and treatment access for clients with addictions through increased workforce capabilities for providing agreed strategic initiatives for addiction services psychosocial supports and therapies.To establish, maintain and enhance effective partnerships between stakeholders across the hospital, community, and the primary health care sector, so that initiatives are effectively enabled and sustained.This role operationally reports to the Community Director, Addiction Services, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
