ABOUT THE ROLE As a Workplace Development Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
Provide operational leadership in Workforce Development and Employee Engagement strategies to the broader People Culture & Safety Team and the wider business, providing tailored solutions where needed.Lead the implementation of best practice processes in Workforce Development across the Organisation, maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce capability.Contribute to the embedding of Chisholm's Professional Development Framework ensuring this is clearly articulated in all related communications.Organise and deliver Workforce Development and Employee Engagement programs in response to and aligned with, the People Plan and annual organisational professional development plan.Contribute to internal engagement surveys as directed, collecting, analysing and delivering follow on programs to reinforce the value of employee response and action.Support and promote Chisholm's organisational and local Reward and Recognition Programs including helping manage and organise the related celebratory events.Provide support and guidance to employees and people leaders in relation to the annual Performance and Development Review Process managed through the online platform.ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a collaborative style and strong relationship building capability.
Qualifications required for the role: Degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, or relevant discipline.ABOUT US Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne's southeast and online.
