Ultimo location Permanent, full-time role Base salary $93K - $102K The Role    We are seeking an exceptional administrator to provide advanced administrative, staffing and financial advice and support to National Manager of Audio Radio Operations and Audio Radio Operations Senior Management.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Job  Support Audio Radio Operations staff, offering information on ABC HR processes, administration and support.
Oversee the work of the Unit Coordinator providing support and advice as required.
Drive budget planning in consultation with the Manager Planning, Analysis and Reporting.
Manage a range of HR administrative processes.
Position Description: 30003044 WORKFORCE COORDINATOR.pdf About You  With extensive experience in administration and resource management, you'll also have high all-round knowledge of computer-based systems including ScheduAll, PHW (UKG) and Microsoft 365.
You'll be able to demonstrate:  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience contributing to the development and implementation of administrative and operational plans, procedures and workflows.
Advanced organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
