The Opportunity The role of the Workforce Coordinator is to assist with the efficient delivery of events. The primary focus is on the accurate scheduling of crew to achieve labour efficiency and successful event outcomes.
Core Responsibilities Roster casual and full-time crew to ensure show delivery needs are metManage the rostering and payroll system (Timetarget / HumanForce) for casual and base staff to ensure all data is accurately captured and properly authorisedPlan the rostering of full time and casual crew to ensure payroll costs are minimised and that the skills mix on each job is accurate and appropriateLiaise with venues to arrange utilisation of all crew as requiredRespond to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts, troubleshoot where requiredYour Background Experience in a similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly developed communication skillsTime management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlinesExcellent decision making skillsWhy Join Us?
