As a Workforce Business Partner, you will provide timely, high-quality HR advice and consultancy services across a range of operational HR matters.
Working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, you will assist with complex issues, drive HR projects within defined guidelines, and contribute to the delivery of effective and engaging HR services for the organisation.In this dynamic role, you'll support managers across key HR areas, including recruitment and selection, industrial relations, performance management, WH&S, and organisational development.
By building strong relationships and promoting best-practice HR, you'll help create a positive and compliant work environment that upholds SCSS's core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (ICARE).
