Our client is currently seeking a Warehousing & Logistics Manager for their Rail Manufacturing division located in Broadmeadow.
Role Overview
As the Warehousing & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of inventory and logistics management for their Newcastle Operations.
You will have up to 7 direct reports.
This role will be 2 to 3 months at this stage with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities Will Include

Deliver direct support services for all production requirements conducted within the project.
Oversee all purchasing to efficiently manage all goods inward, storage, goods outward, cycle counting, expediting of purchase orders, and logistics.
Support with the timely management of all freight forwarding and return logistics processes.
Manage and improve inventory accuracy and governance.
Support with status and performance reporting for warehousing and distribution activities.

Essential Skills
Proven experience in warehousing and logistics management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
