Therapeutic Support Manager Full-Time Permanent Position Located in South Hedland
Lead a team of support workers to provide therapeutic care to children and young people in our out of home care services by providing excellent support, supervision and management.

About The Role Providing support, supervision and coaching to the team of Therapeutic Youth Workers Manage and maintain rosters and appropriate staffing levels Day to day coordination of the care of children and young people Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of documentation, plans and reviews Ensuring quality life story work by the Therapeutic Youth Workers Managing informal and formal complaints and feedback Ensuring mandatory internal and external reporting occurs It is a requirement to complete at least two rostered shifts per week.
These hours are to be negotiated with the Service Specialist (Senior Manager).
