PICA Group is now looking for a Part Time Strata Manager to join our BCS Newcastle team based in a convenient location in Wickham at 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio including Communities and Residential Stratas. Your Duties Will Include The Following: Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters. Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future. Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
