About The Role
As a Senior Grower Relationship Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Grower Relationship Managers (GRMs) across South Australia and Western Victoria, ensuring that Viterra's storage, handling, and grain marketing services are effectively delivered to growers. This role is pivotal in connecting growers with Viterra's operational, marketing, and commercial services, and in shaping the future of grain accumulation and storage strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support a team of Grower Relationship Managers (GRMs) to strengthen relationships with growers and maximize business opportunities across multiple regions.
