Are you looking for an R&D Team Leader role in the Hampshire area?
My client designs and manufactures a range of scientific instrumentation products that are used all over the world.
Recent internal promotions have led to positive restructuring within their R&D/Engineering team, and they now require an R&D Team Leader to join the business.
Your role will focus on the day-to-day management of their 8 Design Engineers, including resource planning, 121s, project delivery, and reviewing/improving processes/procedures within R&D.
You will have experience in Team Leading/Managing within an electronic OEM or similar environment.
R&D Team Leader Duties/Skills/Experience

Experience in Team Leading/Management in an R&D/New Product Development environment, including 121s, appraisals, etc.
Experience in managing teams of multidisciplined engineers, including Electronics, Embedded SW, Mechanical, and Optical.
Project management of the Product Development activities.
