In this key role, you will report to the Southern Operations Manager and lead efforts to monitor, enhance, and evaluate the quality of pre- and post-packaged berries. Your mission? To ensure our fruit consistently meets the highest standards of quality.
In this DC based role, you will play a vital role in ensuring all fresh produce aligns with regulatory requirements and exceeds customer expectations, whilst overseeing and managing a small team of labour hire workers.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include Supporting site management in fruit coordination through assessing quality, shelf life, and travelling time. Monitor quality control processes and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
