Are you looking for a Team Lead / Supervisory role in the Laser/Optical/Photonics industry?
My client designs and manufactures specialist Photonics products that are used all over the world.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a Production Team Leader/Supervisor Laser/Optical to join their business.
This role is best described as a Player/Coach role where you will be responsible for managing the existing team as well as being hands-on in troubleshooting production setups etc.
This role is focused on the Optical elements of their production process.
The team is currently 4 people who work on the assembly of their products.
You must have experience in building optical devices.
Main Duties / Experience - Production Team Leader/Supervisor Laser/Optical:

Lead/Supervise a growing team of Optical assembly/technicians. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with the Optical lab equipment. Identify and implement improvements to production processes. Assemble optical devices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
