As the Payroll Operations Lead, you will coordinate the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of payrolls for all nib companies.

Playing a key role supporting the Group Payroll Manager, your role includes mentoring and supporting the broader payroll team, resolving complex payroll issues, ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and awards while driving efficiencies.

You will prepare, analyse, and reconcile data reports including Payroll Tax, Workers' Compensation and Superannuation to maintain data accuracy, integrity and meet legislative requirements.

Let's talk about you
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation.
You will be experienced in end-to-end payroll processing, providing analytical support, and have the ability to resolve complex payroll-related issues, technical issues, and prepare, analyse and reconcile data reporting.

Your previous experience running payroll processing, coupled with your understanding of Australian payroll legislation, will be essential for success in this role.
