The Role
As Head Chef, you'll report directly to the Group Executive Chef and be responsible for:
Leading all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Managing and mentoring a talented team of kitchen staff. Overseeing menu development, food cost control, and kitchen efficiency. Upholding health and safety standards while delivering consistent excellence. About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in leading kitchens in quality pubs, restaurants, or bistros. A passion for the hospitality industry and the drive to inspire your team.
