Position Title: Full-time Contract Administrator
Salary: AUD $75,000 + Superannuation

Role Summary:As a Contract Administrator at Vital Technology, you will oversee contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that each step aligns with project and company requirements. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, guaranteeing compliance and risk mitigation for telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of contract management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts, addendums, and other legal documents with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all terms meet project specifications and comply with legal standards.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of contract versions, updates, and approvals. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, particularly for NBN and telecommunications infrastructure projects.Coordination and Communication: Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, legal counsel, and key stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and keep projects on track.Risk Assessment: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations. Track key deliverables, deadlines, and milestones to ensure all parties meet contractual commitments.Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor contract budgets, review payment schedules, process invoices, and track project expenses to align with contract terms, working closely with finance teams for accuracy and efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of contract management processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks in our high-stakes telecommunications projects.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Contract Management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in contract administration, preferably within telecommunications industries.Solid understanding of contract terms, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.How to Apply:Please send your CV to ******.
