Play a key role in an essential government agency providing excellent customer service to the members of the public for charges related to services provided, and ensuring the department meets its obligation in the management of the revenue collection process.
Key Accountabilities Include
First point of contact to the department service for fees and charges. Respond to a variety of customer enquiries via phone, email or through written correspondence, providing exceptional customer service ensuring that this experience is smooth and as efficient as possible, helping to support the members of the public during a difficult time.
