We seek an Employee Relations / Industrial Relations (ER/IR) Manager to join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA . This role will lead and manage ER/IR functions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, resolving workplace matters, and supporting positive employee engagement.
Your Focus Will Include Employee and Industrial Relations Leadership Proactively manage ER cases such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
