About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator / Contracts Administrator. This dynamic role involves a blend of estimating project costs and managing contracts, providing key support in ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
Estimation
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ongoing tenders. Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements to estimate labour, material, and equipment costs. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine estimates and budgets. Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
