Are you looking for a full-time position? Based in Hobart, this role sits within a respected Tasmanian government organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department & assist with Executive support duties for the Commissioner of Racing. This organisation undertakes management of parks & wildlife within Tasmania. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as a NOG 3-month assignment.
Your new role
You are highly experienced and organised! Working autonomously, you will be responsible for providing Executive Support to the Commissioner of Racing. This is an opportunity to step into a larger organisation as a support position, with the potential to have career growth.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You'll have demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, along with:

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook Experience of managing emails and inboxes Solid time management skills and attention to detail Experience in travel bookings, diary management, and minute-taking Excellent communication skills What You'll Get In Return
