The Role

Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding Roster / accommodation and flights coordination Coordinating employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records Creditor/Debtor invoicing Document Control Daily timesheets management Maintain various reports for Senior Management General office and administrative duties as required
