About The Role Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie Depot. This role provides all the administration and customer service functions required for the efficient operation of Team Global Express. This function supports the Administration Supervisor and is involved in all administrative support activities.
What you'll do Contribute to the highest standards of Customer Service support by diligently attending to customer-facing tasks, answering the telephone, handling enquiries, and relaying messages in a professional and prompt manner to achieve the best possible customer experience.Address and resolve stakeholder queries in a timely manner.Utilise internal systems to complete administration and customer service tasks (training provided).Ad hoc Reception duties.Process core operational data entry (connotes) on a daily basis.Prioritise work throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner.Prepare weekly reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
