We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Workforce and Rostering Manager to join our Community Services team and lead effective workforce optimisation.
Employment Type: Full-time (Individual Contract, Award Free)Location: South AustraliaReports To: ILS Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative rostering strategies that align with client needs, funding requirements, and organisational benchmarks.Collaborate with Service Managers to optimise workforce planning, including managing staff leave and ensuring compliance with industrial standards.Lead the rostering team to ensure timely, efficient, and effective scheduling of shifts, including those requiring High Intensity Health Needs (HIHN) qualifications.Publish roster templates in advance, oversee after-hours support, and maintain accurate documentation.Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and managing rostering challenges effectively.Identify trends in rostering and absenteeism, producing detailed monthly reports to support operations and decision-making.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in rostering or workforce coordination, preferably in health care, aged care, or disability sectors.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Knowledge of industrial relations laws, enterprise agreements, and awards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering systems.Ability to manage high-pressure situations and last-minute changes effectively.Mandatory Requirements: NDIS Worker Check (renewed every five years).National Police Clearance (renewed every three years).Flexibility to work out of hours as required.Why Join Us?
