Closing date: Thursday October 10th, 5pmPosition Description: PD - Workflow Support Officer (IDR) (Aug 2024) (1).docxYour new role with Bendigo Bank is just a few clicks away.About the roleAs our Workflow Support Officer (Internal Dispute Resolution), you will report to the Head of Customer Resolution and will bring your admin experience to support the Internal Dispute Resolution team with triage and workflow to enable them to manage and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently within necessary due dates.Within this role, you will manage the IDR mailbox and load all new cases into LINX whilst you allocate new cases to case managers based on complexity, capacity, and due dates.
