The Role The Workflow Coordinator will play a key role in achieving monthly starts targets, by progressing projects through to the construction stage.
Working closely with different business functions, you'll ensure a strategic approach to track progress, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Other roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Weekly coordination of job and task tracking across the Operations Department (Drafting, Estimating, Customer Experience and Approvals)Ensure the job is progressing efficiently through preconstructionReview preconstruction reports, analyse and identify trends to execute weekly project starts targetsComplete workflow specific tasks such as finance, settlement tracking, land title updatesProvide support to other members within the Operations team and with other areas of the business as requiredYou If you're a highly organised and proactive individual, then look no further!
