An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our Administration Team in our Bendigo Office. This role greatly contributes to the efficient operation of our office, and suits a person who enjoys working in a busy, successful and supportive environment.
Key tasks of the role include:
Job set up including customer contact, data entry, checking and document searches Booking and organising property valuations with customers Attaching files using our valuation system General office administration as required To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
A high degree of computer literacy Excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic Ability to work within tight frames, multitask and prioritise Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised and efficient Self-motivated with a positive attitude HTW offers a hybrid working environment. After successful completion of the initial training period, you have the option to work from home up to two days per week.
