Statutory work for the coal mining industry; undertake work injury damages; act for a few insurers as well as NSW Govt Departments; Syd CBD/WFH 2-3 yr.
ResponsibilitiesAct for NSW Government DepartmentsProvide advice to insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance.Involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers' Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.Skills & ExperienceYou will be a workers' compensation lawyer at the 2-3 year level who has Defendant workers' compensation experience.
