Skills & ExperienceYou will be a workers' compensation lawyer at the 2-3 year level who has Defendant workers' compensation experience.
Your New RoleReport to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and Emergency Services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance.
You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers' Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and High Court.
