Workers' Compensation Consultant opportunity in Canberra You will be joining a high performing national Workplace Risk team with excellent growth opportunities.

Workers' Compensation Consultant Our Human Capital Solutions practice focuses on the provision of Consulting and Advisory services to our portfolio of valued corporate clients within Safety, Accident & Health, Life, Workers' Compensation, Private Health Insurance, Wealth and Talent Solutions specialisations.
Our Workplace Risk service offering continues to evolve as the workers' compensation landscape changes and our clients seek greater innovation in Human Capital.
We are experiencing unprecedented growth in our Canberra portfolio and our workplace risk team are resourcing up, to assist employers in this sector.
We are looking for a Workers' Compensation Consultant to join our business and assist in driving growth within Canberra.
Supported by award-winning and industry-recognised learning and development initiatives, and experienced management, you will use your consultative approach to provide outstanding service to our clients.
Our broader services include workers' compensation consulting, self-insurance, Work, Health & Safety, data & analytics, mental health and risk state insurance placement, with the objective of protecting our clients, their employees and Directors & Officers.
What the day will look like Support and execution of our national Workers' Compensation strategy Leading the workers' compensation insurance placement for risk states With the support of our insurer partners, assisting our clients reduce their frequency and severity of claims, through the implementation of targeted risk improvement initiatives Managing crucial interface with Client Service Support, Claims and our Global & Corporate and National Broking teams Managing key stakeholder relationships with Insurers, Regulators and internal Brokers Executive leadership on our key accounts across Canberra and nationally Lead and develop strategies for growth and retention of our larger accounts, including chairing of strategic forums Using our industry leading data and analytics performance scorecards, to drive strategic discussions about sustainable performance improvement Develop and lead an Aon United growth strategy with the support of the wider general broking team Skills and experience that will lead to success A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong technical understanding of national Workers' Compensation Demonstrated leadership capability, with keen interest in knowledge sharing and mentoring of colleagues A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated success in leading growth strategies A strong network in the Workers' Compensation insurance market Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on projects and within in a team setting Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at varying levels How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
