This is a fantastic career opportunity that will require you to determine and manage statutory workers' compensation claims and a timely and effective manner.
Your new role: Provision of high-quality claims management services to scheme members.Management of statutory claims from determination to finalisation, including application of technical expertise on complex claims.Respond to all clients' needs within a timely manner to meet customer service standards.Maintain the claims management system including claim estimates.Compliance with legislative requirements and ethical standards including liaising with stakeholders where matters need to be referred.What you'll need to succeed: Knowledge of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Qld Act 2003.Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems and establish work priorities, either while working independently or as a member of a team.Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of personnel from public and private sectors.Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.How to apply: To submit your application, please follow the 'Apply Now' function.
