A great opportunity exists to join Zurich's General Insurance team as a Workers Compensation Assistant Underwriter.
In this varied role, you will be assisting the team of workers compensation underwriters by:
Providing administration support by processing closings, endorsements, and all other general administrative tasks. This will include issuing policy documentation; phone enquires along with assisting with credit control issues. Ensure that all business is handed effectively and in line with our agreed service standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with the underwriting team and other internal stakeholders. Important to your success - let's grow together Solid administration and client service experience Strong time management and attention to detail Proficiency in software such as Outlook and Excel Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment A solution focused mindset Belong.
