As a Workday Senior Manager within Deloitte's HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering functional elements of Workday engagements across various industry sectors.
About our Team Human Capital's HR Transformation practice provides our clients with advisory services and end to end implementation services of enterprise resource planning (ERP) products such as SAP, Oracle and Workday.
Our standard methodology (Enterprise Value Delivery) and tools are used in guiding the client through different phases of the implementation.
The HRT practice is capable of providing functional process design and configuration as well as technical implementation services to our clients.

We provide our practitioners with regular training and certifications in their ERP product of choice in order to provide them with progressive development as well as to provide the most accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
The HRT team also works closely with other service areas such as Technology Advisory, Enterprise Applications as well as other service lines such as Risk Services, Corporate Finance in order to provide integrated full service solutions to clients.
About your Experience In response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking to recruit outstanding professionals.
To succeed, you should have the following experience: Workday HCM certified (preferred) Minimum of 5 years work experience in the Workday eco-system Deep experience in various phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (preferred experience of 3+ end to end projects) Experience leading teams and managing people Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy Strong practical experience in functional configuration in one or more module of Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Security or Learning Strong practical understanding or experience in Security configuration and Reporting Strong understanding of relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices Ability to guide a client through decision making Good communication skills Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
