About the opportunity:Join our team as the HRIS Functional Lead for Learning and Development and play a key role in driving the successful implementation and optimisation of Workday's training and development features on a 12-month contract. You'll work hand-in-hand with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define functional requirements, design effective business processes, and ensure seamless integration of L&D initiatives within the Workday platform. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on employee growth and development!A day in the life...Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan with the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with overall goals.Oversee functional work streams, allocating tasks and responsibilities for timely project delivery.Track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet milestones within scope and budget.Proactively address issues and escalate potential risks to the Project Manager to ensure project success.Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather and document functional L&D requirements.Design and document L&D business processes within Workday for clear communication between teams.Acquire in-depth knowledge of Workday L&D configuration, managing training modules and employee development plans.Analyse usage metrics and feedback for continuous improvement of learning initiatives.Conduct testing of L&D functionalities in Workday, ensuring all processes meet defined requirements.Assist in creating change management materials to support effective communication and training for end-users.Who you are...Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related fieldProven experience in HRIS implementation with a focus on Learning & DevelopmentStrong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platformExperience working with project teams & cross functional stakeholdersStrong communication & interpersonal skillsWhat you'll enjoy:Culture:
