Workday Functional Lead - Core HCM and HelpWe are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to join our team, to lead the implementation of our Core HCM and Workday Help modules.
You will partner closely with the designated project team, our consultancy partners, and the wider P&C division to deliver these modules and configurations.
Drawing on extensive experience with systems such as Workday or other HRIS platforms, you will implement best practices to drive successful business outcomes and maximize the benefits of the Workday Solution.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient Workday experience across our P&C function.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy Position Management, inclusive of organisational and supervisory hierarchies and other related data points.Review and refine policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the intent of this information being used by a Bot to support self-service.Develop workflows for key employee change activities, including but not limited to employee transfers and compensation changes.Provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.About You:We're on the hunt for a Workday wizard with a track record of flawlessly leading full-cycle Workday implementations across various modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Time and Attendance.
You're a maestro at configuring, optimising, and maintaining Workday solutions, tailoring them to meet specific business needs and supercharging system performance.Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels is unparalleled, adeptly translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Your experience managing complex Workday projects stands out, with a history of delivering on time, within scope, and budget, backed by solid project management methodologies and tools.You're also a guru at developing and delivering comprehensive user training programs, providing ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
