Workday Functional Lead - Compensation and TalentA day in the life... Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with the Project Manager, defining workstream objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Lead functional workstreams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with project goals and deadlines.Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.Address issues proactively and escalate risks to the Project Manager to prevent delays or project failure.Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Design and document business processes related to compensation and talent within Workday, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Develop deep knowledge of Workday's configuration for compensation, performance management, and succession planning.Design and implement compensation plans, salary structures, pay grades, and review processes in Workday, aligning with organisational strategies and market benchmarks.Leverage Workday's analytics and reporting tools to assess compensation equity, ensure compliance, and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs.Partner with the Data Lead to support data cleansing, validate accuracy, and prepare test scripts for compensation and talent functionalities.Who you are... Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
Proven experience in HRIS implementation with a focus on compensation and talent modules.
Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platform.
Experience working with project teams & cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
