Bringing together expert and complementary brands, Mantu stands out for the breadth of its spectrum, responding to all business transformation challenges.Its activities are divided into four practices: Leadership & Advocacy, Technology, Digital Marketing & Experience, Total Talent Management.A wide range of skills, all serving a single mission: connecting and powering companies with leading teams and technology to succeed faster and sustainably.From its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, Mantu relies on a community of 11,500 talented people in more than 60 countries on 5 continents and has a turnover of 1 billion euros.Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesHCM Configuration: Lead the setup and optimization of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.Security Management: Design and implement security roles, permissions, and data access controls to ensure compliance and data protection.Client Collaboration: Work with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide expert guidance on HCM and security.Testing & Support: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and offer ongoing support to ensure system effectiveness and security.Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and system configurations.Compliance & Best Practices: Stay updated on Workday updates and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.Qualifications:Experience with Workday HCM and security configurations.Strong understanding of HR processes and data security.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Your profile:Bachelor's or master's degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources.You have a minimum of 2 years of experience on HRIS Projects (support, implement, run, migration).Knowledge in configuring one of our SaaS HR/Cloud Solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Cornerstone, Neocase).Any certifications provided are considered advantageous.You are a very good communicator, with good adaptability and strong dynamism.You are responsive in your communication.You are fluent in ENGLISH.Location: Australia - Full remote position from Australia.Amaris Act is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
