Are you passionate about Workday and looking to shape the technical foundation of a leading organisation's Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems?
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Workday Architecture and Data Manager to drive our Workday Finance and HCM architecture, data management strategy, and system integrations.
About the Role Central to the success of the Workday Finance and HCM implementation project, this position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills.
The Workday Architecture and Data Manager will be instrumental in shaping the technical foundation of the project to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities As the Workday Architecture and Data Manager, you will:
Lead Architecture Design: Develop and implement the architecture roadmap for our Workday Finance and HCM systems, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee Data Management and Migration: Execute a robust data migration strategy, focusing on quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
Manage Integrations and APIs: Design seamless integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring secure and efficient data flow.
Provide Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of data analysts and architects, collaborating across departments to meet project goals.
Ensure Risk Management and Compliance: Implement and monitor data security and compliance protocols throughout the system lifecycle.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise system performance and stay up to date on Workday innovations and best practices.
What You'll Bring Leadership & Communication: Strong team management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Workday Finance and HCM, ERP integrations, data governance, cloud architecture, and API-based integrations.
Project Management: Experience managing priorities under pressure, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in data mapping, migration, and cleansing.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Workday, data management, or enterprise architecture are desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in IT architecture and data management, ideally with Workday ERP/HCM systems.
Demonstrated experience leading data migration for large-scale ERP implementations.
