Key Responsibilities: End-to-end product design, ensuring a seamless user experience Designing digital experiences that are elegant, usable, measurable, and efficient to build Lead design of large-scale digital products Govern and maintain the WorkCover design system to supply agility and consistency to change Champion customer centricity to drive improvement and innovation as part of the broader Experience Insights and Design function Provide mentorship and craft training to Product designers, whilst demonstrating a bias to action, comfort in ambiguity and a positive attitude You Will Bring: Minimum 5 years' experience in UX, UI or Product Design Level of qualifications preferred but not limited to Tertiary qualification in IT, Design or Psychology Experience in designing multiple high traffic or high-profile digital products Knowledge of design thinking principles, UI design best practices, visual trends and emerging technologies Strong and demonstrable capability in interaction design Demonstrated ability to deliver digital experiences and products within a cross-functional team using Figma as the primary design tool.
