We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Maryborough Qld and surrounding areas.

Government Departments.
Large Corporates and employers.
Qualifications & Experience AHPRA Registration - Required Australian Drivers License - Required Current Police Check - Required NDIS experience or knowledge - Desirable Tasks & Responsibilities Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
Steady source of referrals.
Attractive rates based on experience.
