Qualifications & experience
AHPRA Registration - Required Australian Drivers License - Required Current Police Check - Required NDIS experience or knowledge - Desirable Tasks & responsibilities
Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
Maintain a steady source of referrals.
Receive attractive rates based on experience.
