This role is a Permanent position, DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.
As the Specialist Work Management Planner, you will be responsible for developing & communicating plans and schedules for an operational area or maintenance team in accordance with Work Management processes, organisational compliance to risk management processes and the Australian industry standards and procedures.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Compliance to work management processes enabling safe and effective work design for the execution of work for internal employees and contractors.Create & Plan work orders to enable efficient deployment of work management resources, including personnel, service providers and materials.Facilitate scheduling and resource levelling meetings to align work management activities for statutory compliance, production plans and plant reliability.Build and Communicate accurate work schedules reflecting all work management activities, ensuring they are adequately resourced and aligned to the corresponding 12-week planning window.ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
High functionality of SAP's Maintenance Planning and Scheduling transactions.Self- reliant contributor who works well in a team and autonomously.Experience with mining or refining equipment and activities.Experience following procedures, interpreting technical documents and drawings.Qualifications for this position are:
